“BULGARIA-ESTATE” is the new name of the company “JORDAN”, which has been in existence since 1999.
‘BULGARIA-ESTATE’ is the market leader in the city of Varna and the surrounding region in the property sector, with over 9,000 property transactions and sales exceeding 50 million euros. Founded in 1999 by the entrepreneur Georgi Hristov. We operate in the city of Varna and the surrounding region, as well as three other regional centres – Targovishte, Shumen and Dobrich.
We operate on a network basis with all estate agents in Bulgaria through the National Association of Estate Agents (NSNI)
We offer our clients a full range of services, which enables us to support them from start to finish and assist with any issues that may arise during the process. We focus primarily on working with exclusive buyers and sellers, which sets us apart from our competitors in the market.
We sell and let flats, houses, commercial properties, plots of land, warehouses, shops, offices, retail premises. We have a modern database which enables us to always provide up-to-date listings and prices for our properties published online, as well as the latest information for our buyers.
Management Residential and commercial property management is also part of our range of services. Clients who have placed their trust in us over the years have always been satisfied with the results and the ease of working with our team.
Luxury properties are also an integral part of the company. We have state-of-the-art equipment for capturing 360-degree virtual tours, and we rely on professionals to take interior photographs and videos, as well as exterior videos using a drone.

In 2023, the company JORDAN was renamed BULGARIA-ESTATE. Following extensive research, we decided to take this step, whilst the company largely retains its structure and way of working. Our rebranding is linked to a new brand strategy, mission and brand objectives. We have completely redesigned our logo and developed a brand-new website, both of which reflect the latest market trends. The brand is now focusing on working with more luxurious properties and presenting them in the best possible light. Our new website offers 3D property tours, enabling clients from all over the world to view a property remotely without having to travel or attend viewings. THE BEGINNING
It all began way back in 1999, when the company was founded under the name “JORDAN”. Since then, we have been offering our clients a full range of services relating to the buying and selling of property. We work honestly and transparently with our clients and partners. DEVELOPMENT
Between 2007 and 2010, with the help of our long-standing partner EXPRESS WARRANTY We have successfully completed two investment projects in the city of Varna. The construction work was carried out to the highest standards and the properties were sold very successfully.
