A communicative and positive person who enjoys working with people and finds it easy to get on with all sorts of people. He likes things to happen quickly and in an organised manner, but does not believe that working with clients should be fraught with unnecessary seriousness and tension. He believes that a good estate agent must be both professional and fair, but also someone with whom the client feels at ease and comfortable.
