The existing main building is an architectural and structural immovable cultural property, built in 1927 to a design by the Italian architect Emilio Radelli. The new part was designed by arch. Konstantin Dimov and arch. Ekaterina Kondeva - Zlateva. The structural part was designed by Eng. Anastas Gonov.
Ceramic blocks were used in the construction, providing maximum thermal insulation, allowing the walls to breathe, balancing the microclimate of the rooms, turbo-resin screed on the floors and plaster, plaster and paint on the walls and ceilings. The flooring of the parking areas and garages is intended to be of polished concrete or polymer flooring, providing easy maintenance in case of contamination by petroleum products.
