Obligations after purchase of real estate

After buying a home in Varna, you should declare it to the relevant offices

 1. Filing a declaration of newly acquired property with a tax office          

Address: Blvd. "Slivnitsa" 191 - "Computing Center" - opposite the Furniture Pavilion

Deadline : up to 2 months from purchase.

Documents required:  original and copy of the deed, receipt for paid local tax, ID card, completed declaration under Article 14 of the Local Tax Act

2. Changing a batch in Energo Pro - at the customer service office located at: 2 Devnya Street

Term: up to 30 days after purchase

Documents required: original and copy of the deed, the last receipt for the paid electricity, ID card

3. Plumbing lot change:  in the building of the Water and Sewerage Company at 33 Bat Street                                                                                             

Documents required: original and copy of the deed, the last receipt for paid water, ID card

Term: up to 30 days after purchase

4. Registration of the new owners in the cadastre: 

Address: the building of the Design Organization in Varna, 76 D Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., floor 6.

Documents required: original and copy of the deed, ID card
