Initial training is 7-14 days, followed by practice with a mentor. In the first month you start working with clients.

Market and areas of Varna, property types and construction, investment models, offer analysis, sales and communication techniques, call and meeting scripts, working with clients and their needs, conducting viewings, follow-up strategies, negotiating and closing deals, legal basics and documents (deposits, contracts, notary procedures), working with CRM and client database, marketing and listings, video and social networking, broker personal brand, shadowing and field practice, simulations and role-play situations.

Morning meeting and goal setting, scheduling tasks and working in CRM, checking emails and inquiries, phone calls and communication with clients (Viber/WhatsApp/Email), arranging and conducting property viewings, meeting with sellers and investors, presenting offers and sending proposals, analyzing properties and searching for new offers for clients, Negotiating and clarifying terms, handling paperwork and preparing for transactions (with support), posting and updating listings, creating content and personal branding on social media, shadowing with experienced brokers and brief in-house training, evening results debrief and planning for the next day.

No - we teach from scratch if you have a willingness to learn and activity. Having experience is an advantage for you.

Work is on a commission basis with a high percentage. Average income: 1500-3500 BGN in the first 3-6 months; 4000-8000+ BGN after 6-12 months; 10 000+ BGN for experienced brokers.

Hybrid model - the office is the base, but you have the freedom to organise your day.

Our brokers often complete their first transaction by the end of the second week. 

Active client calls and meetings, number of new contacts and leads, viewings organized and conducted, quality of communication and follow-up contact, offers prepared and sent, actual interested clients in process, negotiations and progress on deals, deposits and deals finalized, maintaining correct and up-to-date information in CRM, professional demeanor and personal branding, ability to solve cases and maintain high client satisfaction, consistency and discipline, steady growth in results month after month
