Aufgrund des begrenzten Angebots an Qualit\u00e4tsimmobilien und der intensiven Nachfrage hat der Unterschied zwischen Angebots- und Verkaufspreis einen Abw\u00e4rtstrend beibehalten. Sie ist von 11% im Jahr 2013 auf 2% im Jahr 2018 gesunken.&nbsp;<br><br><br>Trotz der geringeren Flexibilit\u00e4t in Bezug auf die Bereitschaft der Investoren, Zugest\u00e4ndnisse zu machen, stiegen die Transaktionen im Jahr 2018 um 25% im Vergleich zu 2017. Die niedrigen Zinss\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Einlagen sind einer der Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr den Anstieg der Transaktionen zu Anlagezwecken. Ver\u00e4nderungen werden sich vor allem durch die Freigabe neuer Wohngebiete infolge von Projekten ergeben, deren Baubeginn im Laufe des Jahres geplant ist. Sollten sich die Vorhersagen eines Zinsanstiegs bewahrheiten, k\u00f6nnte es zu einem allm\u00e4hlichen R\u00fcckgang der Transaktionen mit zu Anlagezwecken erworbenen Immobilien kommen, so das
